A reverse tank does not require a flow meter, as the ammonia tank itself has measurement scales. The discharge from the small ammonia tank should consist only of the oil contaminants at the bottom of the tank.
Our factory installs flow meters on the outlet pipelines of the liquid ammonia storage tanks; meanwhile, each small ammonia tank is equipped with an on-site level gauge. However, measurement is based on the flow meters. The control valves used are globe valves, all with a pressure rating of 4 MPa. During filling, it is pushed by the pressure of the liquid ammonia storage tank itself, with no pumps used.
