PPH is high-performance polypropylene. Plastic valves or valves made of other materials can be used, and flanges can be employed to connect the pipes to the valves.

PP-H is homopolymerized polypropylene, while PP-R is randomly polymerized polypropylene. Its pipe connections are made using heat fusion welding methods, including socket welding, butt welding, and infrared welding. For pipes made of PP-H, it is advisable to choose PP-H valves as well. For ball valves of small diameter, they can be directly welded to the pipe (their connections are socket-type or butt-weld type). In the case of valves with flange connections, a PP-H flange must first be welded to the pipe, after which the valve is attached to the pipe via that flange

Reply to 5# luoyangluoyan: Is PP-H used for the pipes, and stainless steel for the valves? What is your medium? What are the temperature and pressure? If PP-H can handle it, why use stainless steel? We have used PP-H pipe valves on many occasions.
Reply to 6# zengheng: The medium is solutions of sulfurous acid AN and sulfuric acid AN, the temperature is around 60-70 degrees, and the pressure does not exceed 0.1 Mpa.
