From Quanzhou, Fujian, he plans to work in his hometown or its vicinity after graduation so as to take care of his parents. But I studied chemical engineering, and although I really wanted to work in design, I found that there was little market for such work in Fujian. It’s so painful to have chosen the wrong career.
Do many people in Haichuan want to work in design? Since it’s not possible to have both, prioritize filial piety. Doesn’t Quanzhou have oil refineries and things like that?
Actually, before entering this field, I didn’t know what I could do or what interested me. When it came to design, my classmates all looked for design jobs after graduation, and I did the same; perhaps this field isn’t right for you.
