There are 5 coolers in our system. The upper return water valve of one of the coolers has been fully opened. Now I want to increase the water volume of this cooler. What should I do? ?
Increase the water supply pressure and increase the pressure difference between supply and return water.
Open the circulating water pump outlet valve wider to increase the water pressure! If it still fails, turn on the backup pump and connect the two pumps in parallel. The total flow rate will increase and the water volume of the corresponding cooler will increase!
See if it is* There is a problem with the pipeline. If the pipeline is too complicated, it is recommended to replace it.
You can also add a guide shower to the return water line of the cooler and just open it.
If the total volume is enough, can I add a pipeline pump?

1. If the process allows, stop the water volume of the other 4 coolers. 2. Install pipeline pumps in the coolers that need to increase the water volume.
If the total amount of water does not increase, it is a resistance drop problem.; Increase the resistance of the other four roads appropriately, or reduce the resistance of this road to see if it is possible to reduce it a little. If both can be implemented at the same time, the effect will be better.
