During on-site debugging, it’s possible to open and close the valve by turning its handwheel; however, it cannot be operated manually. The valve can be opened when air is supplied to it, and it can be closed when the air supply is cut off. Could anyone tell me what’s going on?
Could it be a problem with the valve positioner or solenoid valve?
What does \"manual\" mean? Is the control loop a manual output? How is gas supply and gas release done? It’s a problem with the solenoid valve! ?
Could it be a problem with the cable or some interference?
I’m not good at language; I can’t even understand the question posed by the original poster. There’s nothing wrong with the manual wheel switch… it’s the manual operation that has an issue. There is indeed a problem – open the air supply valve and close the air release valve. What exactly are you trying to say?

Is this pneumatic cut-off valve equipped with a first-stage mechanism? If that’s the case, then it’s correct. It’s a switch between manual and braking mode – there is no pneumatic system involved; once the air supply is cut off, operating the handwheel causes it to be connected to the pneumatic actuator, which prevents movement. There is usually a small handle next to the handwheel, used for switching between pneumatic and manual mode – just turn it to make the switch. QQ:120519927

Original poster, I really can’t understand the question you’ve asked: during on-site debugging, it’s possible to open and close the valve using the handwheel, but it won’t work when operated manually (it works fine with the handwheel on-site, but not manually – aren’t these two situations contradictory?).
