Reply to 2# Liu Xinghuo: There is no internal leakage! It has only been 3 months since the maintenance was done, and already the heat exchangers need to be pressurized or have their cores replaced; the pressure of the circulating water is around 4 kilograms!
Is there air cooling ahead? If the air cooling is effective, there won’t be much difference between the inlet and outlet temperatures!
Is it caused by the dirty circulating water and scaling in the heat exchanger?
1. Use instruments to measure and estimate the heat transfer coefficient; if it is low, consider online cleaning of the exchanger. 2. Increase the amount of make-up water in the circulating water to lower the temperature.
That means the heat absorption area of the heat exchanger is too small, preventing heat absorption; the heat absorption area can be increased, or more air cooling can be used
If there is nothing wrong with the designed heat exchanger, scaling and problems with the circulating water are more likely to be the issue
The main issue is that it makes no difference how many pumps are used – the cooling effect is poor! Thank you all!
This is related to your processing capacity; if the processing volume is high, coupled with the recent hot weather which raises the temperature of the circulating water, it will inevitably affect the cooling effect.
Check: 1. Whether the temperature of the circulating water is appropriate; 2. Whether the heat exchanger is scaled; 3. Whether the amount of material is too large
