Does Aspen run properly under Win7?
To be honest, there’s absolutely no problem; I’m using Win7 Ultimate & Aspen2006
I haven’t used it, but I can give it a try
There are many problems; even under XP it has a significant impact on the system. It is recommended to use a dual-system setup, with one system dedicated to Aspen, or to use a virtual machine specifically for Aspen
Reply to 2# lukeyoung: It’s really not useful! I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, uninstalled it again – there’s still a problem! In the end, I couldn’t go back to XP, but thankfully it’s fixed now!
Officially, Win7 support was only added in v7.2

I have been using AspenV7.1 under Win7 for a long time without any problems; moreover, it’s easier to install V7.1 on Win7, and it works better there. My flagship version of Win7. Genuine version.
For Win7, 32-bit Ultimate edition, versions 06, V7.0, and V7.1 all work well; it is recommended to use V7.0 and V7.1 on Win7, 32-bit Ultimate edition
