Can aluminum oxide be recycled?

We currently have a large quantity of aluminum oxide, with a purity of around 70%, in powder form. How should it be recycled?
I’m not sure if you’re referring to ore or other products containing aluminum oxide. If it’s an ore, it’s not enough to only know the Al2O3 content; it’s also necessary to know what type of mineral it is, as well as the silicon oxide content, in order to determine the appropriate method for recovering Al2O3. For products containing alumina, they can be directly leached using sodium hydroxide solution and recovered through the methods used for producing alumina.

We usually sell to companies that produce fireproof materials, rather than recycling aluminum products
70% Al2O3, what are the other components? Has it been tested? If it is a simple fluoride salt, aluminum plants can use it; if it is something else, chemical purification before aluminum production can be considered
