This project is really slow – it started back in 2008, and it’s only now that it’s being put into operation, I think it’s in Yulin
That’s the situation with projects in Shaanxi Province: if you undertake a project, no one presses you to finish it on time; instead, they expect you to work on it for an extra couple of years. Not happy even though it dried quickly. Hehe
There must be their reasons; generally, it takes 2 years for a factory with a capacity of 400,000 tons, and didn’t they also take two years to complete it? The speed isn’t that slow!
