After 10 days of selection and recommendation, the list of outstanding technical discussers, excellent moderators, and outstanding members for Issue 2 of the Foreign Languages section in 2010 has been determined; the following 7 individuals stand out. I’ve been extremely busy lately. . . There are still many familiar old faces here, as well as quite a few new faces that are becoming increasingly familiar. The faces progress together!
