May I ask how to use a humidity tester for testing plastic particles?

We deal in PP plastic pipes; the PP pellets we purchase need to have their humidity level checked. We consider a humidity level of 0.01%-0.03% to be acceptable. What kind of machine is needed for this, and how should the testing be carried out? Please let those who are familiar with this matter share their insights. Thank you
We produce PP, but I haven’t heard that it’s necessary to measure the humidity of PP particles. I’ll ask the workers this afternoon
