Selection of dynamic filters

There is a batch of material with a flow rate of 40 m3/day, a solid content of 10%, and an average particle size of 1–2 microns. Washing and desalination are required. However, a single wash, even with a large amount of water, does not achieve the required purity level, so multiple washes are necessary. How can this problem be solved? Are there any good filtration devices that allow for pulping without the filter cake coming out, enabling continuous washing and filtration? For dynamic vane filters, it seems that no specific manufacturers have been found – it’s not clear whether such filters are feasible. Experts, please give some advice
I have used continuous washing, filtering, and centrifuging machines from the German company BHS; the model is selected based on actual needs. Multi-stage counter-current washing is possible, with continuous feeding and discharging, yielding good results. It’s just that the price might be a bit higher.
