Regarding the location of the pump outlet pressure gauge?

In the flow diagram, there is a branch at the pump’s outlet. In some cases, the pressure gauge for the pump outlet is located before the branch, while in other cases it is located after the branch. Is there any difference between these arrangements? Thank you
I think it should be on the main pipe after the branches, so that the operating condition of each pump can be shown through this gauge; otherwise, pressure gauges would need to be installed on each branch
Generally, the pump outlet pressure gauge is installed before the branch in order to monitor the pump’s outlet pressure; if it is installed after the branch, only the pressure at that branch can be measured

As a person specializing in piping, I think this can lead to uneven piping at the pump outlets; for example, if the pressure gauge for the pumps in Group A is located before the branch, while the pressure gauge for the pumps in Group B is located after the branch, the same situation applies to both groups, resulting in a messy layout when drawing the piping diagrams
