Since the manufacturing requirements for this item are quite complex and its diameter is large, I would like to ask what methods everyone uses and how effective they are. If a ball valve structure is to be used, there are only a few options available, and their prices are not cheap. I hope everyone can offer some advice on what good alternatives might exist.
Yes, there are only a few manufacturers of this type of valve both domestically and internationally; you wouldn’t dare use one produced by an unknown manufacturer
There are only a few manufacturers that produce slag locking valves; even if some manufacturers are capable of producing them, if they lack a track record, you wouldn’t dare to use their products despite their low prices.

Reply to 1# moonlakekgl: Our slag locking valves have achieved good results in several of the mainstream furnaces used in China. Currently, all such valves are made with domestically produced components. 1. Ningbo Wanhua: three sets of 6.5MPA furnaces, with 12 16-inch slag locking valves. 2. Chongqing Wansheng Coal Chemical: three sets of 4.0MPA furnaces, with 12 12-inch slag locking valves. 3. Hangzhou Jinjiang: three sets of 6.5MPA furnaces, with 12 slag locking valves – 6 of 14 inches and 6 of 12 inches. 4. Anhui Huayi: three sets of 6.5MPA furnaces, with 12 16-inch slag locking valves
Is someone selling Kevix upstairs? I know that the lock slag valves produced by Kaiweixi are of good quality and have excellent performance; I think Hualu Hengsheng uses Kaiweixi’s products. Our company, on the other hand, uses Neles’ products. Shanghai Neles·Jamesbury Valve Co., Ltd. Reply to 6# lovemylife: You’ve beaten me. When was the KVX lock slag installed in Hualu’s gasification furnace? Everyone at Hualu laughed; we bought KVX products, but for some reason it came with a label from Shanghai Hongsheng. . . . . . . . . . . . .
Oh, KVX has quite a few achievements. Could you please send me any relevant electronic materials so I can study them?
