The initial boiling point of crude gasoline is higher than that of stabilized gasoline; who knows?
Unless the exclusion experiment was done incorrectly, it is likely that there are fluctuations in the production process. From distillation vessel 201 to the stabilized gasoline, the flow must pass through vessel 301, as well as those four stabilization towers before the gasoline becomes stabilized; further processing is then required, so the process is quite lengthy. With so many tanks in between, it takes a long time for the crude gasoline to reach its destination. It’s not surprising that such issues arise when there are fluctuations in production!
Also, if the temperature and pressure remain constant and the curve stays stable, then any changes in the crude oil during the production process can be considered a type of fluctuation; such things can indeed happen!
