It is a steel manufacturing company that has a pickling workshop in which hydrochloric acid is used; therefore, it stores large quantities of hydrochloric acid on its premises. Does this make it a company that stores hazardous chemicals? What are the criteria for determining whether a company is a hazardous chemical storage enterprise? If a company has a workshop for ammonia decomposition, where ammonia is broken down into nitrogen and hydrogen, then according to Order No. 8, wouldn’t this be considered a hazardous chemical construction project?
