Recovery of low-grade heat

The gas temperature in the system is 80 degrees; it is currently being cooled down to around 35 degrees using circulating water, with the temperature further dropping to 45 degrees. Can this amount of heat be recycled? Is there a more economical way? Thank you!
The quality is too low; there’s probably nothing worth recycling. Otherwise, it would increase the cost of equipment
The recovery of this heat depends on whether there is a suitable use for it; if it is to be used to build bathrooms for employees, heat exchangers can be installed to collect hot water for heating purposes. Otherwise, it seems there is no other use for it.
