I only know that the stirring speed is too low, causing the PVA solution to settle at the bottom of the tank and form insoluble gel-like substances. Thank you! ! !

When the stirring of the dispersant stops, the temperature within the tank becomes uneven, which leads to the deterioration of the dispersant. When feeding material into the polymerization reactor, the ineffective dispersant makes it difficult to control the reaction temperature in that reactor.
The main function of the stirring in the dispersant preparation tank is to prevent the dispersant from stratifying and to ensure uniformity in the dispersant concentration and temperature.
Does stopping stirring for 8 hours affect the quality of the dispersant? Can it be put into the furnace? Is any analysis of the dispersant required?
Once a dispersant made from a single ingredient is prepared, stratification generally does not occur, and this has no impact on its use. However, when two or more dispersants are combined, layering may occur due to differences in their properties, which can affect performance; but this will not have an impact on the fish-eye index. However, at present, to prevent fluctuations in quality caused by unevenness in the dispersant, it is best for the prepared dispersant to be equipped with a stirring device, which makes it much more reliable and stable.
After the two dispersants are mixed, due to their different viscosities, significant stratification occurs if stirring is stopped for more than 4 hours, resulting in uneven concentration. If feeding continues, this leads to inaccurate amounts of dispersant being used and thus the formation of coarse particles. After preparation with a single dispersant, my experiments showed that no significant stratification occurred over 48 hours (not visible to the naked eye). The feed also has no effect. At the same time, when there is no stirring of the dispersant, attention should be paid to the storage tank for the dispersant; it is recommended to keep the temperature below 20 degrees to prevent deterioration.
