Are all the project managers in your department women?

In our institute (a provincial-level institute), aside from the director and chief engineer, most of the project managers in the technical department are women; all the men who joined have left. Some did so because they didn’t get promoted to leadership positions, some because it was too demanding, and some to earn more money outside. Is it the same situation for you?
It’s the same in our department as well; all the men left for other jobs, and it was only after hiring a few male college students that the situation changed
All small courtyards have this problem, which also indicates that the design firm in question is definitely of lower quality!
We’re also mostly women; almost all the men have left!

Our department is similar~~ But it’s been hard to find jobs these past few years, and the proportion of male employees has increased
It seems they’re all similar; once men reach a certain age, they are no longer satisfied with technical positions.
Only men are being recruited now, to balance the ratio~
