Hello everyone, please tell me about your vertical molecular sieve (preferably liquid air), what is the air inlet temperature after heating is completed, what is the cold blow peak value of the molecular sieve, and what is the switching cycle? Thank you.
We also use vertical molecular sieves. The air inlet temperature after heating is 170 degrees, and the cold blow peak of the molecular sieves is greater than 100 degrees. The switching period is 4 hours.
Is 170 the inlet temperature of the heating gas? Haha, he asked about the purified inlet temperature. After heating, the purified inlet temperature is 25, and the peak value is not necessarily above 130 in one shift.
Ours is the Air Liquide 35000 process, with a heating peak of more than 130, a cold blowing peak of more than 70, and a switching time of 180MIN.

No problem, it can be completely regenerated. The required heating amount is calculated based on the amount of water absorbed and the amount of CO2. Then when the actual heating amount exceeds, it can be completely regenerated. Required heating capacity = water content * 850+CO2 * 250. At the end of the cold blowing, the outlet temperature should be about 70 degrees or above.
Reply 6# zhanghailong117 The analysis is related to the heat required, but it depends on the temperature of the analysis. According to the theory, when the peak value of cold blowing is 80 degrees, the analysis will be incomplete, and complete analysis will not be achieved at all. The analysis temperature of water required by activated alumina is 90 degrees. At 70 degrees, there will definitely be water residue.
At the end of our heating, the regeneration gas outlet temperature reached 30 degrees, the cold blowing peak value was 145 degrees, and at the end of the cold blowing, the regeneration gas outlet temperature was 32 degrees.

In terms of energy saving and safety performance, the vertical type is better. I have a horizontal type. I would like to ask what is the price difference between the vertical type and the horizontal type. Take Air Liquide as an example.
