Our leakage problem was particularly serious recently, and the leader decided to stop burning the furnace mouth. How much does the leakage in the furnace wall have to do with the burner mouth?
It has something to do with it. The graphite in the gap between the refractory bricks at the furnace mouth will be burned, which may lead to a loose seal.
It is generally required to open the riser tube and the furnace mouth 30 minutes in advance to clean the riser tube. As long as the operation is carried out according to the requirements without causing string leakage, it is best to check other aspects.
The burning time at the furnace mouth should not be too long and the graphite at the furnace mouth should be cleaned in time.
The main reason for cross-leakage is that there is a gap between the combustion chamber and the furnace wall of the carbonization chamber. It may be caused by the greater burning loss of graphite in the gap between the furnace walls. The most important thing is to maintain a slight positive pressure in the carbonization chamber to prevent the gas in the combustion chamber from leaking into the carbonization chamber.
