The purification designers at my company encountered a plumbing issue while designing hospital purification systems – specifically, regarding the pipe diameters for sinks and toilets in hospitals. How should these diameters be chosen? Is there any formula for calculation? . . I hope the experts can help me. . .
The water supply pipes for sinks and toilets are generally DN20 or DN25, while the drainage pipes are generally D100/D50.
100 for toilet drainage is definitely too low; you need to take into account the fact that many people have poor habits and throw things around carelessly. Additionally, there is a high volume of foot traffic, so it’s recommended to choose at least 200.
