Contents of the employee safety commitment

When creating a template for employee safety commitment statements, I based it mainly on the obligations of employees as stipulated in the Work Safety Law. I would like to hear from everyone: what other elements should such commitment statements include?
1. Agree with the company’s safety philosophy and possess a proactive safety mindset. 2. Think about safety and pay attention to it before and after work. 3. Have a sense of safe operation during the production process. 4. Able to proactively think about safety issues and possess the awareness to identify potential safety hazards on their own. 5. Actively participate in various safety activities organized by the company and work teams. 6. Managers are able to integrate safety principles throughout the entire process of production management, adhering to the philosophy of \"safety first, prevention foremost.\" 7. Master the essential safety knowledge and skills for the position. 8. Able to use fire extinguishing equipment, know how to escape from a fire scene, and know how to report a fire. 9. Will practice self-protection in working. 10. Ability to identify hazardous factors and risks in a job position, as well as skills for detecting potential hazards. 11. Emergency rescue and handling measures for work-related accidents. 12. Be able to abide by rules and regulations, earnestly fulfill safety responsibilities for one’s position, and strictly follow the safety operating procedures for that position. 13. Be able to proactively stop violations. 14. Be able to identify or resolve potential safety hazards and issues at the work site in a timely manner. 15. Propose reasonable suggestions or opinions for safety management work. 16. Be able to achieve the \"three no-harms\": do no harm to oneself, do no harm to others, and allow oneself to be harmed by others. 17. Achieve the safety production objectives of this position, ensure safety, and prevent accidents.
An employee safety responsibility agreement should be signed, with each level being responsible for the level below it.
This is my commitment to safety in the workshop: 1. Fulfill my safety responsibilities at my post, being responsible for the safety of the company, the safety of my team, and my own safety. 2. Comply with all various safety management laws, regulations, systems, and rules of the company, workshops, and teams; obey management instructions; wear and use personal protective equipment properly; fight against the three enemies of \"violations of rules, carelessness, and irresponsibility\"; and strive to achieve the goal of \"not harming oneself, not harming others, and not being harmed by others\". 3. Comply with all laws, regulations, systems, and rules related to fire safety management; actively learn knowledge about fire extinguishing and escaping from fires, and become familiar with the usage methods of various fire extinguishing equipment as well as the escape routes. 4. In daily work, do not give orders that violate regulations, do not carry out operations in violation of regulations, do not break labor discipline, and do not work recklessly. 5. Consciously accept all work tasks assigned by the workshop and teams, and proactively implement various safety measures required during equipment operation and maintenance, without relying on luck. 6. Support the work of company and workshop safety officers, actively accept criticism and suggestions from safety managers and other personnel regarding one’s own unsafe behaviors, and make timely corrections. Avoid resistance, and do not punish or retaliate against safety officers and those who point out one’s unsafe behaviors. 7. Proactively stop simultaneous unsafe behaviors and eliminate the phenomenon of \"three violations.\" Upon discovering potential accident hazards or other unsafe factors, report them immediately to the supervisor or safety officer ； The person who receives the report should handle it promptly. 8. Actively participate in various safety training sessions, safety-related studies and activities, as well as accident emergency drills organized by the company, so as to acquire the safety knowledge necessary for production, improve safety skills, and enhance the ability to prevent accidents and handle emergencies. Raise safety awareness, become familiar with relevant safety production regulations and safety operation procedures, and master the safety operation skills for one’s own position. 9. Actively participate in the company’s safety culture building, strive to create a harmonious work environment for safe production, and foster good working habits and safety values. 10. I am willing to voluntarily accept the supervision from my supervisors and team members regarding safe work practices.
