Help with translating boiler tender documents – [rein, gudgeons, hours]

It’s a tender related to boilers, and there are a few keywords that are unclear: one is ‘rein’, and the other is ‘gudgeons’ (shaft heads? ), one is hours? It is a insulated 10\" vapor pipe equipped with an SO RF 150 Lb A 105 rein, 1 contact RF 300Lb, and 8 threaded gudgeons A 193 Gr B7, along with 16 nuts A 194 Gr 2 hours. The length of this pipe shall not exceed 6 meters at most. The various connection points downstream from these reins, which will be connected to the two new boilers, are shown in the diagram below. The bolts and nuts translated in the original post by the OP might be correct; based on this inference, it should be a flat-welded raised face flange at the end of the insulated pipe, rather than a controller. The second paragraph mentions components that are connected to REIN; so, does REIN here refer to the reserved ports on the pipeline, used for connecting to fittings such as flanges? Personal opinion... Looking forward to experts solving it.
