The motor blades are in good condition. Could everyone help determine what could be the cause? Inside the framed factory building, , -
Is there any unusual noise? Is enough oil added? The main issue seems to be noise coming from the motor. This is just my personal opinion; I’m not an expert in mechanical engineering, so I’m sorry
Check whether the mesh of the wind shield is severely clogged, and whether there is dirt on the motor housing that could affect heat dissipation, etc.
Reply to 3# It’s hard to describe exactly. There are two possible explanations: 1. Too much lubricant was added, exceeding 2/3 of the capacity; the temperature should drop after it operates for a while. 2. The bearing precision is insufficient and the clearance is too small; motors should use bearings that meet the required standards.
There are several possibilities: 1. Excessive amount of bearing lubricant was added, overheating occurred, or the wrong type of lubricant was used； 2. The assembly clearance of the bearing is out of spec, resulting in the bearing’s outer ring or inner ring shifting out of place ； 3. Bearing quality issues ； 4. Motor overload ； 5. Poor cleanliness of the motor, resulting in poor heat dissipation ； 6. The ambient temperature inside the factory building is too high (is the framed factory building enclosed?) ).
