Our factory operates two carbon dioxide compressors. The desulfurization tank No. 3 in the second stage was replaced, while the cylinders in the fourth and fifth stages as well as the pressure in the third stage remain unchanged. 97 Stage 4 pressure 8. 8 Unit 2 Section 3. 87 Section 4, 8. 18 The entire segment is 0. 28. Inspect the five-cylinder unit in this order: air valve – piston.
(1) It may be that the five-stage intake/exhaust valves are faulty, leaking, or damaged. Inspection — The inlet valve is warm to the touch, and a hissing sound of air leakage can be heard using a listening rod ； Listen to it with a listening rod for export. (2) It may be that the five-stage piston rings are severely worn or the seal is poor, allowing high-pressure gas to leak to the low-pressure side.
The return gas from the fourth and fifth balance sections goes to the third section; the inlet temperature in the fourth section is also about 10 degrees higher in Unit 3 compared to Unit 2
