Can one take the professional exam after working for four years?

Dear seniors, I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering in 2006 and have been working at a design institute for four years. I have already passed the registered chemical engineering fundamentals exam. However, I saw a mention of professional evaluations, and I’m not sure where to find a list of universities that have passed such evaluations. Some people say that chemical engineering programs are not subject to such evaluations; does that mean that all university graduates have to wait until the fifth year before they can take the exam? Can one take the exam already in the fourth year? Or are there other standards? I earnestly ask those who are more experienced and knowledgeable to provide an answer. Thank you!

All I’ve seen is that the application requirements state that one must attend an institution whose program has been evaluated, and that it takes four years to be eligible to take the exam. I hope to get an answer; thank you!
We have just completed the registration process; first, we need to register at the college, and after the approval is granted, then we can pay the fees. It indeed takes five years to complete an undergraduate program, with the exact duration specified in months; more detailed information is available on the registration website

It is indeed 4 years before a school passes the evaluation, and one can find out whether a school has passed the evaluation by searching on the Internet.

Chemical engineering has never undergone any form of assessment; that’s true. Even graduates with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from prestigious universities such as Zhejiang University and Tianjin University are required to wait 5 years before they can take the specialized exams. But there are exceptions as well; for example, if your company is a large organization with significant influence, and applications for the exam are still not allowed, then the person in charge of applications at the company can argue more forcefully with the person in charge of the examination center, and this might result in applications being accepted. I know that this happened in our city last year.
Reply to 9# greenhope: Even if one is able to take the exam, will the certificate be issued at that time? Isn’t there another review process when issuing the certificate?

There definitely won’t be any censorship. During registration, this duration will no longer be verified; as long as there are the necessary certificates and employment contracts and other relevant documents, registration can be completed quickly. Registration online and on-site. I just registered last month.
