1. It’s important to learn something at the workplace so that you can handle tasks on your own before deciding to quit； 2. If your specialty matches what’s needed in your workplace, and there aren’t many people who know that specialty, plus if your supervisors are older, then work hard – you’ll have a chance ； 3. If there are many people with expertise in the field or if the leaders are young, well, if you’ve acquired the necessary skills, then go ahead ； 4. It’s not necessarily about the amount of money offered; other factors of the company such as its growth prospects, strength, and payment terms also play a role. Some say they will pay a certain amount by the end of the year, but you might not actually get that amount once you go there. The above is for reference only
