As the title says. This process has emerged after the recent major maintenance of the equipment; I don’t quite understand it. I appreciate your advice! If oil and water are dehydrated to an acidic state, doesn’t that exacerbate corrosion?

Has the water injection at the top of the tower been replaced by wastewater from the reflux tank at the tower top? Is your original water injection line still in use? If that is the case, it is necessary to regularly check the quality of the water used for reinjection; if the water turns dark or its pH level drops, the amounts of ammonia and corrosion inhibitors used must be adjusted promptly.
