Hello everyone, I am currently working on designing a polymer (resin). I plan to concentrate it using flash evaporation and then convert it into a solid form with a thin-film evaporator. But does anyone have detailed information regarding the calculations for flash evaporation? Could you share it? I will be extremely grateful here!
Flash evaporation is a complex process in terms of equipment. Do you use a forced-circulation evaporator? There are also issues such as the residence time for evaporation, the determination of the diameter and height of the flash tank as well as the molten salt pool, and the recovery and reuse of secondary steam
