Can A2-70 bolts be used as a substitute for A2-50 bolts?

During the project construction process, we encountered a problem and would like to seek advice from everyone here: We ordered bolts of grade A2-50, but the manufacturer supplied bolts of grade A2-70. I requested that they be replaced, but the manufacturer refused, saying it was acceptable to use the bolts as they were and that this had always been the practice in the past. I believe it is necessary to replace them, because according to the standard HG20613-97 for fasteners of steel pipe flanges, the operating temperature range for A2-50 bolts is -196°C to 500°C, while for A2-70 bolts it is -196°C to 100°C℃ ； Please share your thoughts.

How did I find that the operating temperature ranges for the two are the same? It seems that A2-70 has even higher strength! The standard I checked is HG/T20613-2009
