Should I pursue a graduate degree or work?

I have been working for 2 years; I took the postgraduate entrance exam once and scored 386 points, qualifying me for admission to the Institute of Organic Chemistry. I was 2 points short in English, so I ended up being assigned to Donghua University instead. I changed jobs in May, joining a small company.
