May I ask whether the temperature measured by the Allen-Bradley FM series thermistor modules is lower than the actual temperature?

Of course, if it is far below the actual temperature (the relative true value), that is definitely incorrect and cannot happen. If this situation occurs, you should look for reasons other than the DCS system (the DCS system itself does not cause such phenomena)
If the temperature measured by the Endress+Hauser system is much lower than the actual temperature, there is only one possible reason: assuming that everything outside the DCS system is functioning properly, the issue must lie in the configuration of the DCS or in the settings of its cards. For any DCS system, if such a situation occurs within the DCS itself, it represents a serious quality issue, an extremely basic error; however, the likelihood of this happening is extremely low.
