Under what circumstances will the fan surge, and what should be done?
Fan surge occurs most often in seasons such as summer when the ambient temperature is high and the density of the air decreases, causing the air volume to fail to increase. Since the blast furnace or hot blast furnace needs to have air pressure, it causes the operator to work at overpower. Therefore, the anti-surge should be reasonably set when selecting the model (usually the upper limit gauge pressure)
It has a lot to do with the inlet air volume. The inlet filter and the inlet air duct adjustment baffle may also need to be cleaned and adjusted.
The inlet air volume is low and the outlet pressure is high. In summer, pay attention to adjusting the stator blades and the centrifuge inlet opening in a timely manner. Always observe changes in the throat differential pressure and make corresponding adjustments. Do not let it get close to the anti-surge line in non-accident conditions. When surge occurs, rely on self-protection interlocking to automatically open the anti-surge valve to eliminate surge conditions.
