Questions regarding polyurethane foaming and insulation materials for equipment

With the same ratio and foaming process, black and white raw materials of different qualities should exhibit differences in their foamed volume. How should one choose when purchasing such raw materials? Of course, we hope to get as much output as possible with as little input of raw materials as possible! I know absolutely nothing about this area; please give me some guidance.
The manufacturer provides the optimal mixing ratio; to achieve the best results, it is necessary to strictly control this ratio. However, this is often the hardest. The result of manual mixing will definitely not be good, and while it’s difficult to achieve high precision with mechanical mixing, it still offers better quality control compared to manual mixing. When purchasing black and white materials, I recommend buying those from the same manufacturer, as this ensures that the proportions are clear. If you buy black and white materials from different manufacturers and mix them together, it will be difficult to determine the optimal mixing ratio, unless the manufacturer can tell you the exact ratio in which they should be mixed with other brands. Either you monitor the contents of the -OH and -NCO groups by yourself and then calculate the proportional relationship.
