Why can’t the temperature of the high-boiling tower be increased?

Symptoms: The temperature of the hot water is not low; the hot water in the reboiler is set to its maximum level, yet the temperature of the entire tower does not rise. However, the temperature, pressure, and liquid level of the high tower remain stable. At the same temperature, the pressure is about 0.2 Mpa higher than usual. Note: The hot water pipeline is not blocked. Could it be coking in the reboiler? I would appreciate guidance from experienced experts. ， ， -
