Let’s discuss this: What size cable should be used for 15.5KW and 18.5KW two-pole motors? There is a significant difference between the values stated in the manuals and those recommended by the manufacturers.
This is also related to the length of the cable

The current levels aren’t high; 16 square millimeters is sufficient, and 25 square millimeters would be a bit of a waste. But if the wiring length is significant, it’s better to use 25 square millimeters
I chose 3x10+1x6; I’m not sure if that will be enough
For motors like these two types, when we do the design, we generally use 3*16+1*10 – there’s no problem with that.
