There are issues related to the control of hydrogen water produced from methanol and methanol itself; in our system, the water used to wash the hydrogen is directly fed into the deionized water tank, which results in large fluctuations in the amount of methanol. Does anyone have a good solution for this?
The wash water behind the water tower should flow directly into a tank at atmospheric pressure for reuse. The methanol intermediate tank is located above the circulating water storage tank at a higher elevation, ensuring that methanol is pushed into the feed pipeline due to the difference in pressure. The two streams are connected before the feed pump, and a control valve is installed on the methanol flow to prevent fluctuations in the feed volume

The wash water after washing in our facility goes directly into the methanol and water mixing tank to adjust the alcohol-to-water ratio. The effect is quite good ;

Press the residue from the converted gas liquid separation tank as well as the washing water into the methanol tank and the water tank; flow meters are installed in both cases, which facilitates measurement operations.
