Hello everyone~~~ I completed my undergraduate studies in Automation at Southwest Petroleum University, and now I am pursuing a master’s degree at China University of Petroleum (Beijing), majoring in Safety Technology and Engineering. I would like to know whether this major has good prospects in the oil industry What kind of workplace is suitable after graduation? Also, since my undergraduate degree is in automation, my supervisor assigned me a project on instrument integrity, saying it’s a relatively new field. What do you all think? Integrity is not as important as security; those studying automation would do well to pay more attention to the safety monitoring of instruments and equipment, as that might be more beneficial
