The two-in-one graphite synthesis furnace has leaks

The two-in-one graphite synthesis furnace in our facility has, on several occasions recently, experienced a very high rate of acid leakage from the acid view window at the bottom of the furnace during operation; we suspected that there was a leak in the synthesis furnace. However, after about ten minutes, the leakage stopped again. The cause of this phenomenon has not been identified yet. Could anyone help explain why this happens? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ， ， -
Check the hydrogen drainage to see if it occurs on schedule, as well as whether condensate acid is removed at the proper time. Scaling removal can also be carried out when the furnace is shut down, to check for any leaks, and test the oxygen content in the hydrogen
