In our facility, water has been appearing inexplicably inside the carbon dioxide delivery pipes these past couple of days; the amount of water is not large, and it stops after a while before a few drops appear again. The dew point at the outlet of the tank is -75 degrees, while the PPM level is around 1.1–1.3. The total length of the pipes is approximately 200 meters, with no leaks along their length and no incorrect connections to other pipes. The temperature at the tank outlet is 40 degrees, the temperature at the points where gas is used in the workshop is around 33 degrees, and the room temperature in the workshop is 27 degrees. The gas supply to the pipes has never been interrupted, and the supply pressure is 0.55 Mpa. Does anyone with experience know what might be causing this issue? Thank you. I had many checks done over these two days, and the final reason is... . . . Cooling water flows into the pipes; ugh, it’s so tiring. . .
