Application scope of atmospheric pressure manholes

I am designing a pressure vessel at atmospheric pressure, but the medium is moderately hazardous; can I use an atmospheric-pressure manway design? Please help everyone. Note: The relevant standard prohibits the use of atmospheric pressure manholes for media with a hazard level of moderate or higher.
Standard atmospheric manholes are commonly used in flue gas purification systems, ordinary silos, and access holes for maintaining underground facilities, among others. Its function is merely that the maintenance access has virtually no sealing effect. Therefore, manholes for containers, pipelines, etc., such as chlorine and gas, need to be manholes that maintain a sealed pressure.
