Our company plans to build a lignite carbon plant with an annual production capacity of 1.2 million tons, located in Xinjiang. We are seeking information on the approval procedures for building such a plant, as well as details regarding the production processes for lignite carbon and the types of furnaces used in this process I hope all of you can offer lots of suggestions.
Due to overproduction in Xinjiang, most coal tar project developments in the region have been halted or their approvals revoked. Such projects must meet requirements related to circular economy principles and energy conservation. It is recommended to use FY-type furnaces with an annual production capacity of 75,000 or 100,000 tons. As required by the National Development and Reform Commission, production lines in Xinjiang with an annual capacity of 300,000 tons or those using furnaces with an annual capacity of less than 50,000 tons will be shut down by 2012.
