Our company uses a reboiler for heating, using a steam reboiler followed by a condensate tank. In the normal production process, since 1MPa steam is used, two phenomena occur during operation. One is that the steam is overheated and the temperature of the sewage cannot be raised after reboiling. The other is that the liquid level in the condensate tank is often emptied due to its own pressure, causing steam to pass directly through it with a short residence time. The reboiling effect is not good and the amount of steam is large.
The steam volume will increase, but the condensate water can be recovered, the side line volume will increase, and the reboiler operation will be more stable.
