We already have several sets of these units in operation, and their processing capacity is nearly 15% higher than that of the conventional packed towers; the cooling effect is significant, with the temperature difference increasing by about 2 degrees compared to before. It also reduces the operating load on the fan, resulting in significant power savings.
I wonder if everyone has noticed this detail? When the product (in liquid phase) is in the intermediate storage tank, self-circulation must be initiated to ensure uniform mixing for sampling and analysis. The timing of this self-circulation process also needs to be controlled carefully, so as to minimize pump power consumption while still ensuring adequate mixing.
In the case of self-circulation, sampling and analysis are usually carried out after two hours of circulation; for hazardous materials, it is better to maintain continuous circulation cooling
