Current status of exhaust gases: 1. Current situation analysis: There are two exhaust gas discharge points, about 50 meters apart from each other. The exhaust volume at each point is 40,000 cubic meters per hour, resulting in a total exhaust volume of 80,000 cubic meters per hour. The main pollutants may include dust, total suspended particulates, inhalable suspended particulates (dust), nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, etc. Specific values need to be determined through monitoring. Currently, the main equipment in each exhaust system includes: 2 x 75kw centrifugal fans ; Bag filter: 1900*2400*4800 mm, cone barrel height: 1200 mm ; The exhaust chimney is 13 m high with a diameter of 800 mm. The dust removal system is operating normally. We now plan to combine the two systems and use a single desulfurization unit for desulfurization, by connecting the flue gas directly from the two bag filters. We are seeking a quote, or information on how to prepare such a quote – including costs for civil work, the desulfurization equipment, pumps, fans, and all other related items. Thank you everyone for helping us with this quote! How is the volume of work calculated? What equipment is used for it? I hope experts can help explain this; I’d be extremely grateful! !
This is a rather large-scale project that requires cooperation among various specialties. 1. The equipment used should be suitable for the desulfurization process; dry methods and wet methods are different ; Within the wet method, the calcium method and the ammonia method are different from each other. But looking at this project, the semi-dry method seems more likely; just a guess: lol. 2. The quantity of work is provided to you by each relevant specialty. 3. Those who prepare quotes calculate the prices based on the quantities of work reported by various specialties. I’m not sure if this will be helpful to you?

Your question is quite interesting: if you are a desulfurization company, you should check how your colleagues in the company have set their prices, as each company has its own way of pricing. If you are the client and want to create a budget, some detailed information is needed. The price varies depending on the SO2 concentration; different desulfurization methods also result in different prices. There is a difference as well between a turnkey solution and one that only involves the supply of equipment. For a flue gas volume of 80,000, the cost can be as low as 1 million if fiberglass or carbon steel materials are used, while foreign companies or large domestic desulfurization firms might charge several millions or even tens of millions for such a project.
Your question is too broad; I don’t even know how to answer it! There are many methods for desulfurization, and the desired outcomes are not always clear; as a result, the price differences can be significant, ranging from several million to over ten million. There are also requirements for various devices, all of which are directly related to the price. If you want to proceed, it’s best to provide detailed information and consult a professional company; they will definitely give you excellent answers! If you need it, you can also reach out to me personally, haha. I do this as my job! :lol
