During normal production, what are some straightforward methods we can use to determine that the flow rate of syngas is high?
What is the purpose of determining the flow rate? Is it flow rate, or volume flow?
It can be calculated simply based on the amount of syngas produced, along with the cross-sectional areas of the containers and pipes. Synthesis gas is generally measured in terms of apparent flow rate; there are relevant posts on the forum that can be searched for
During normal production, we can use some existing instruments, or check inside the furnace after it has been stopped, to determine whether the flow rate is too high.
