Please ask Haiyou to introduce the current largest scales of low-temperature methanol washing both domestically and internationally, including companies such as Linde, Lurgi, Dalian Institute of Physical Chemistry, China National Chemical Engineering Corporation, and Global, with a gasification pressure of 4.0 MPa
No one has replied. Hehe, I started working with methanol washing units right after graduating in 2008, so I don’t know that much about it. I’m not aware of what the maximum capacity can be. So I’ll talk about the two methanol washing units I’ve operated, as well as the one that the company is currently building. The first two units were designed to handle a gas flow rate of 120,000 units; they were made by LUCI. The unit that’s being installed now has a capacity of 280,000 units, and it’s also manufactured by LUCI.
This model with a price of 280,000 has an intake pressure of 4.12 Mpa
I know the largest scale is 600,000 tons of methanol per year.
The maximum design gas flow rate for a single unit is currently 29W
160,000, 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, upgraded by Dalian University of Technology
For 300,000 tons, around 120,000 cubic meters of gas volume should be sufficient
We have a capacity of 190,000 per unit, for 400,000 tons of methanol!
The one from Huadi No.2 Hospital is of a single-series model with a capacity of 160,000, and an inlet pressure of 2.81 M
Luchi: 600,000, just two absorption towers. But I haven’t driven it yet.
May I ask if there is a version of the methanol scrubber with 2.0 MPA pressure? My company wants to use a methanol scrubber at 2.0 MPa, as the compressor configuration already determines the pressures in each stage.
