The book introduces ClChng to change the logistics group between modules and processes. You can use ClChng to add or delete empty solid sub-streams between process sections. ClChng does not represent a real unit operation. If a sub-stream is then ClChng initializes the sub-stream to 0 at the outlet but not at the entrance. It does not process the sub-stream at the entrance but not at the outlet. What is the purpose of not processing the sub-stream? If it is not processed, why should I add this operation.
I'm looking for an answer, but there's no answer. .
