How to embed steel plates on concrete pillars? Do the steel plates need to be connected to the steel bars inside the columns? What if steel plates are embedded in the wall? There seems to be no steel bars inside the wall, right?

Ours is a layout drawing of embedded parts. The civil engineering construction unit will place the embedded parts according to the drawing. I saw on site that the anchor bars and column steel bars of the embedded parts are tied together with steel wires, and then concrete is poured. They are not welded together. If the construction of the building has been completed, embedded parts can be set up by planting reinforcements. If the reinforcements are planted as required, the effect is similar to the embedded parts placed before pouring concrete.
